Here's the method he used to found his winning business idea.
1. Rather than looking for an idea, he was looking for a painful problem that he could solve.
2. He asked potential customers 3 questions:
+ What is the most important activity in your business?
+ Is there any pain associated with that activity?
+ What do you spend most of your time doing?
3. Once he came across a painful problem, he validated it with other companies in the same industry.
4. Then he found out how much these companies are willing to pay for this problem to be solved.
5. And most important - he sent a link to his pre-order page. Result: 19 pre-orders ($2916). Now the idea was validated.
