What's good y'all, currently sat in Hanoi (Vietnam), and am still licking my wounds from the great clappening.

Spent March in New Zealand, and boy, it has to be one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Side note, doing a 48 hour fast, so if I make any mistakes, don't hold me to it.

I'm back with another net worth update, but before we start, some people may not care about me building in public. If that's the case, click this link and we'll exclude you from future net worth or revenue updates.

If you haven't seen my revenue thread for March, it's here. We hit the all time high in revenue this month, LFG.

As of April 1st 2023, my net worth is at $5.4m. My true net worth, including Indexsy and the Binance account is about $6.5m, but I choose to ignore these assets.

This is up by $238k from March 1st 2023, and up about $3.2m from when I first started tracking my net worth back in January 2021.

Here’s my most recent net worth split, I’m sat on about $1.1m cash right now, up by about $100k from last month, and I’m still averaging into the stock market at a rate of $15-20k/mo.

Stonks (Business): $1,017,100.00, up $9k​
Watches: $104k, most expensive watch is still my Vacheron Constantin Overseas which I bought for $17.7k.
​Crypto (Personal): $973k, up about $180k from last month. As of writing, BTC is at $44.1k. Largest holdings are still 80.1 ETH, 5.2 BTC, and 515 BNB. Cost basis of ETH is less than $100 USD each, BTC would be less than $5k, and BNB would be about $1 USD. Can't wait for the next bull run.
​Real Estate: $2,700,000.00, my largest holding, the Lisbon 8-unit apartment building, it generated $10k in free cashflow in October, details here.

How’d you make so much money from Binance?​
From some aggressive affiliate sites in the past that are no longer ranking as well as some small affiliate sites now.
​How do I manage my time?​
I suck at it, but I deal with it by working longer hours than the average person. I also have a great in-house team at Indexsy where I delegate a ton of things.
