New research: How e-commerce marketers are actually using AI
According to a new Klaviyo survey of more than 1,500 e-commerce and brand marketers, nearly half said AI has significantly increased their overall work performance. Some of the top applications of AI among respondents include customer support (37%), image generation (36%) and data analysis (36%). However, as these teams expand their AI usage outside of generative AI to add predictive and autonomous AI to their toolkits, they’re unlocking further insights, predicting customer behavior and even creating full marketing campaigns.
