What are your feelings about the term ESG?
This and other provocative questions are found in our 2024 Sustainable Investment Survey, which is going out to a global audience of investors.

We have revamped the survey extensively this year, trying to capture what people are doing and why. And not just those who are practitioners of sustainable investing.

In our last four iterations of this survey, we have tracked an increase in those passionately against sustainable investment practices; this year, the survey will attempt to tease out why this is—trying to get a better understanding of both sides of this weirdly politicized practice.

Having followed ESG and Impact investing trends over the past several years, other questions came up this year that fed the survey revamp.

Is PRI still relevant?

How many people in the private markets are aware there is a burgeoning effort to create benchmarks for environmental, social, and governance data points?

How are investors reacting to regulatory requirements around sustainable investing?

In light of court cases knocking down diversity initiatives, where do investors stand on this topic?

We are aiming to receive responses from investors of all sorts and their advisors—from all parts of the globe and on all sides of sustainable investing issues.

To show our gratitude, we will make a contribution to World Central Kitchen for each completed survey. We also invite respondents to opt in to a prize drawing.

We look forward to rolling the results out in a late Q3 report, which respondents can receive when it is hot off the presses.

Thank you so much for your support!
