Identify Your Most Important Task: Write down the task you'll dedicate three hours to that meaningfully moves the project or vision forward.

List Three Smaller Tasks: Choose three tasks you've been avoiding and commit to completing them.

Select Three Maintenance Activities: Determine three routine activities to help keep your mind, body, spirit and life in order.

The 3-3-3 Method is a practical and effective way to lead our days with intention and greater focus.

By adopting and following it, we can transform our daily routines into a series of more achievable steps, ensuring continuous improvement and reducing the stress of "never enough."
