I ran the Mud Masters last weekend.

You might not know it. 

It’s like the Iron Viking (marathon plus obstacles) but for pussies like me who can only do less than half that distance.

It taught me two things:

Why am I telling you this?

It might appear uncomfortable to do something like that, but every mile I ran, I felt better about myself.

Yeah, my legs started hurting a bit but my mental state kept improving.

I dare you to do something challenging in your life too.

Something truly challenging. 

I’ve now upped my training routine. 

I’m running more and working out more.

Next year, I want to finish the Iron Viking. 

My legs won’t thank me, but I will grow to a new level in life.

I can already see I’m more disciplined and focused in my work just by participating in that decent challenge from last weekend.

It will help you, especially if you’re a bit stuck in life, to level up your life.

Because if you want to operate at a higher level, you need new skills and challenges like these.

One of the most interesting is the new ‘Hype’ program, which will help smaller creators gain more exposure.
