This feels like the best & worst and the thing that people both live & hate about the current technology scene… it’s light on details, it’s unclear whether the $525 million is all cash/immediately available. BUT if this works it would be very cool and I think important for the world.

I’m long big projects like this, especially when it comes to building new cities & villages.

In contract to Praxis, Devon Zuegel has announced a new city project that is high on details, and low on what I’d call… fanfare. It already feels more real & possible… whether that’s an indicator of whether the project will ultimately be successful is left up to the reader.
