Once a year we rent out a camp (yes, bunk beds!) and retreat with our team for a blend of strategy, skill building and some good ole fashioned fun. Was there a ropes course at camp? Honestly, yes. It was also totally optional and I personally didn’t even do it so trust falls are not where this advice is heading!
