Airbnb’s global holiday campaign plays to the childhood anxiety that Santa won’t be able to visit your family when you’re on vacation for the holidays.

An animated and highly relatable Mr. Claus tries in earnest to access a hotel with packed elevators and glitchy key cards to drop off some gifts.

It’s a “Santastrophe.” But if you snag an Airbnb for your travels, he won’t have so much trouble.

“With many families preparing to travel this holiday, this newest ad in our ‘Get an Airbnb’ campaign shows how staying on Airbnb is Santa friendly, with many homes featuring room for a tree or a fully functioning chimney,” said an AirBnb spokesperson.
