Wondering whether your Instagram posting schedule should evolve? Do you want a more detailed analysis to show how individual posts perform over time?
Instagram rolled out a minor update that can help optimize your posting schedule and engagement tactics for maximum reach.
Check the Instagram Views Graph
To track how your post views change over time, tap the View Insights option on any post or Reel.
You can filter the graph by All, Followers, and Non-Followers to see when views picked up, dropped off, or leveled off with audience segments.
To assess your post frequency, look to see if views on your older posts drop off on days you post something new.
Would engaging more with other accounts boost post performance? Spend a day interacting with more accounts than you usually do. Then, check views on your posts to see whether your efforts have led to more post views.
Today's tip was inspired by Lucas O’Keefe, a featured speaker at Social Media Marketing World.

How to Create a CustomGPT Dream Team of AI-Powered Virtual Assistants
Need help making AI work effectively for your business? Want to know how to create AI assistants that truly understand your unique needs?
In this article, you'll discover a proven process for building a dream team of custom GPTs to elevate your marketing efforts and streamline your operations.
Remember: Everybody's dream team looks different because we've got different strengths, do different tasks, and target different audiences.
Step 1: Conduct a Comprehensive AI Audit
Building an effective custom GPT dream team begins with a detailed record of your current business operations, resource allocation, and the time spent on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
This documentation doesn't require complex tools – a simple Excel spreadsheet, time-tracking app, or even conversations with ChatGPT can effectively capture the necessary information.
Step 2: Create 10 Foundation Documents to Train AI for Custom GPTs
After your audit, use AI to develop a set of comprehensive foundation documents that will serve as the knowledge base for your AI assistants. Each document builds on the preceding documents to produce a . You'll need a:
Professional Profile: This should capture everything about you as a professional—your background, experience, educational history, personality profiles, strengths, and weaknesses. The document should also incorporate personality assessments you've completed, such as Myers-Briggs, DISC, or StrengthsFinders profiles.
Business Profile: Detail your business's structure, industry information, available resources, and operational processes.
Comprehensive Market Analysis: This includes market trends, a SWOT analysis, competitor research, and identification of market position.
The other documents you'll need are:
-
Product Portfolio
-
Service Portfolio
-
Target Audience Persona
-
Business Plan
-
Financial Projection
-
Customer Journey Mapping
-
Content Strategy
Pro Tip: Save these documents as text files or Word documents rather than PDFs, as they're easier to update and tend to work better with AI systems.
Step 3: Decide Where to Implement Custom GPT Assistants
The next step is deciding which custom GPTs to create. Upload your initial AI audit results and your business and products/services documents to ChatGPT. Then, ask the AI to tell you where using AI assistants will be most valuable.
Please review this task tracking sheet and give me recommendations for implementing custom GPTs to maximize my business's efficiency and effectiveness.
When you have the results, you can create your first custom GPT
Step 3: Create 2 Dream Team CustomGPTs
Creating custom GPTs is more simple than many people believe. The process begins in ChatGPT's Explore GPTs section, where you'll find options to Create or Configure your custom GPT.
Beginners can start with the Create tab, which allows for a more conversational setup process. However, once you're comfortable with the foundation documents approach, she suggests moving directly to the Configure tab for more precise control.
In the Configuration creation flow, you'll upload an image representing your custom GPT and provide a clear title and description.
Next, use the instructions section to clearly define the GPT's role, purpose, and your preferred communication style. You can even ask the AI to help you create instructions for your custom GPT.
Our team of 10 spends 60 hours a week responding to and writing emails. How can you help us do that better? How can we save time on our emails?
In the knowledge files section, upload your foundation documents.
Create a Customer Focus Group GPT
Use AI to create fictional customers that reflect your target customer. Rather than spending weeks conducting traditional focus groups and surveys, you can have detailed conversations discussing their challenges, needs, and reactions to your offerings.
Create an AI Advisory Board GPT
Begin by talking with ChatGPT about your primary business functions. For instance, if you're a consultant, course creator, or content creator, you'd ask ChatGPT to identify the world's leading experts in these areas.
I am a consultant specializing in helping businesses implement AI effectively through hands-on coaching and consulting. I need to create a virtual advisory board to help me make decisions about business strategy, course creation, email marketing, and social media marketing. Please identify the world's leading experts in these fields.
The AI will provide a comprehensive list of experts. You then create a custom GPT that embodies the collective expertise of these thought leaders, informed by your foundation documents. Then, you can run ideas for business decisions and content creation past your virtual advisory board and receive feedback from different expert perspectives.
Today's advice provided with insights from Kate vanderVoort, a featured guest on the AI Explored podcast.
