What makes a story compelling and memorable

Every company that aspires to be a leader in its industry makes purposeful decisions on what story it wants to tell. This week we have two stories for you, plus some advice on storytelling.

Our first story is about the challenges that people face in navigating government bureaucracy, especially in the midst of a pandemic. We talk to Intercom customer Code for America on how they use the Business Messenger to reassure and support those who are struggling to put food on the table.
