Hi Reader,

Today I want to show you some of the many things I no longer have to do (or worry about) thanks to my assistant.

Imagine being able to take all those mundane tasks, all that back-and-forth email, all those important-but-never-time-for-it tasks that never get done …

… and just hand them to someone else.

You can buy back your time overnight.

They're off your plate. They're done. And they're done well. (That's what Delegate and Done is all about.)

Here's a taste of what I've delegated to my assistant, Jill:

Managing my calendar

I never have to worry about adding things to my calendar, moving things around, sending reminders, or making sure I have enough time to get to an appointment. My assistant takes care of all of that.

I just open up my calendar and all of the info I need is right there.

And if I ever need to make a change, I just tell my assistant and she handles the back-and-forth and updates.

Ordering gifts (and sending thank yous)

I love sending gifts and thank you notes, but I used to be bad at it. I'd miss birthdays and forget to send a thank you card.

Now, it's super simple with my assistant. She tracks birthdays, anniversaries, and other important occasions, and even shares gift recommendations.

When I do have a gift idea, I can just email it to her and she'll take care of everything else.

Checking in for flights

Travel can be stressful. Or at least it used to be before my assistant built a system to take care of all of the details for me.

Now I can relax and enjoy the trip.

Handling all the mundane admin that pops up

Life is full of small, one-off tasks. Update your credit card here. Order more coffee there. Confirm an appointment for Thursday. The to-dos never stop.

I've found my assistant is better and faster at these tasks than I am. Best of all, since she keeps track of my preferences (I show how to do this in Delegate and Done), when I say "pls reorder contacts," she knows exactly which contacts to buy.

Preparing for events, meetings, and interviews

Thanks to my assistant, I never have to worry about going to an event, meeting, or interview unprepared. From talking points for a meeting to neighborhood info for an event, everything I need is prepped ahead of time and waiting for me when I need it.

Researching random questions

What do you do when a random question pops into your head? Do you stop work and get lost down a Google rabbit hole trying to find the answer?

That's what I used to do. Now I can just send those questions to my assistant and get back to work. Then, a little while later, I'll receive a reply with the answer and any extra info I requested.

That's exactly what I did when I got curious about cooling vests I might use during my summer wedding a couple years ago. Jill sent me a detailed response that crossed off options that weren't a good choice and broke down promising solutions by price, return policy, and additional notes.

This saved me HOURS of research time!

And this is just the tip of the iceberg!

My assistant handles ALL OF THESE tasks for me:

Add all this up and my assistant saves me 20 hours every week.

An assistant can do a lot more for you than you think. Right now, you're spending hours every day doing tasks that you could delegate. That's hours every day you could be spending on the projects you choose, the hobbies you enjoy, and the people you love.

P.S. Delegate and Done is our online course that gives you the systems, tactics, and tricks you need to find and work with a trustworthy assistant.

Enrollment in the course is now open … but only until this Friday at 11:59 p.m. PT. After that, I'm closing the doors for a while.

If you're ready to start saving time today, I recommend you take 5 minutes to check out the Delegate and Done product page.

P.P.S. As always, Delegate and Done comes with our 60-day, 100% money-back guarantee. My advice: Take the course and then decide if it's right for you. It's risk-free, and I'll even eat the credit card processing fee if you decide to refund.
