We are having our second demo day tomorrow at 12pm MST. We will be featuring two companies who are actively raising capital. One is in the Insurtech space and the other is in VCtech. Both companies are growing very quickly and have room in their round for more investment. Our last demo day participant ended up raising $1.7M a few weeks after demo day. We can’t take all the credit, but we were responsible for multiple checks into the round! See you there!

I wanted to share a new version of Forward Thinking City with you all. I’ve decided to go all-in on the event format for FTC, and we will be hosting 5-10 events every week for our residents, every week. Events can range from AMAs with the likes of Elizabeth Yin and Austen Allred, to live podcast recordings with the newest and greatest startups being founded today, to educational sessions on how to use no code, how to fundraise, how to grow revenue, etc. I am hosting all of FTC on a new platform called Luma, which is pretty much going to eat Eventbrite’s lunch as the best event platform for the internet. It’s a very intuitive product, and perfect for our use case.
Forward Thinking City is $20/mo to join. You can look at it as “wow, I need to give up four Starbucks drinks every month to afford this, no way!” OR, you can be like the 100+ residents who are a part of it now and see a practical startup education, access to the inner circle founders and investors (and me), and a forcing function to grow your startup, hire employees, meet investors, etc….for only $20/mo. If you’re in the latter camp, great! You can sign up below. If you’re not, don’t wait too long. The price started at $7/mo, has gone up to $20/mo, and won’t stop there ;). Note, if you’re currently a resident, you will be added to Luma at your current price point. No action needed on your end.
