Great news today: for the first time during the pandemic, the number of Covid-19 vaccines administered worldwide was more than the number of confirmed global cases. Now we just have to keep up the momentum. And while vaccines continue to be distributed, we can’t forget about other safety measures that have been proven to work, including wearing masks. The Biden administration is reportedly considering a plan to send face masks to all Americans in an effort to stem the spread of new variants. But even if people get free masks, will they wear them? Today in Wisconsin the State Assembly voted to repeal the state’s current mask mandate, despite warnings from public health officials.
