93% Of Corporate Executives Prioritize DEI Efforts |Beyoncé Is Celebrating Social Justice And Body Positive Leaders

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of participating in a roundtable discussion about the Forbes CxO Growth Survey, which takes a deep dive into how C-suite executives are charting a course for long-term, sustainable growth.

Two important DEI findings emerged:

Nearly two thirds of corporate executives say having a clearly defined purpose and demonstrating a positive societal impact are critically important.

93% say their organizations have prioritized diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, but just 57% have established clear recruitment strategies to attract more diverse talent.

This year has the potential to be a turning point in DEI, and only time will tell if America’s business leaders make good on their promises to move the needle forward. Let’s stay engaged and maintain our collective efforts focused on DEI.

It is my fervent hope that when we review the results of the CxO Growth Survey this time next year, we will see greater diversity, true equity and inclusion reflected in America’s marketplace.
