I almost didn't write this email....

It's Thursday afternoon. The kids have just finished their school term, getting off early for the holidays. The weather is nice outside. It's been a long week....

These are some of the things we tell ourselves to put off doing what we know we should. We procrastinate.

When in reality, if you just apply yourself and do the task, sometimes it takes less time and effort than you imagined. And you feel a whole lot better having done it.

This week we're talking about procrastination - a topic I know all about.
