State of Email Engagement

I’m a sucker for any sort of email performance data or benchmarks. So I get pretty excited each year when we release the State of Email Engagement report.

2021 was another year of mega changes (understatement?) that’s impacted how subscribers engage with email, and understanding the where-when-how of those changes is super important for me as I drive Litmus’ email program into 2022.

The part I’m most interested in learning is how long subscribers spend reading email. Especially with Apple’s Mail Privacy Protection coming into full force, any insights into metrics and benchmarks beyond the open rate is what I’m looking towards.
