If you want a long-lasting jack o’ lantern, look for a pumpkin with a thick and healthy green stem. If you cut from the back instead of the top, the stem will keep the pumpkin hydrated!

It’s that “Yay, it’s Friday!” time of week again! If you’re looking for a little Halloween fun, the board game Horrified is on sale today for a little over half-off. It’s a fun little cooperative game where the players work together to stop iconic monsters like Frankenstein’s Monster, Dracula, and such, from taking over the town. People love the replay value because each game mixes up the monsters and their special abilities.

Speaking of the spooky season, here’s a bit more Halloween fun. Papa John’s has brought their jack o’ lantern pizza back and we have some fun and kid-friendly Mickey Mouse pumpkin carving tips. And if you’re in the mood for layering some cozy over the spooky vibes, now’s a great time to learn how to make a simmer pot.
