Staying in contact with your customers in a time where face-to-face interactions were limited certainly had its challenges. However, the companies who made it out strong (and continue to build meaningful connections with consumers) are those that evolved and modernized the customer experience.

 

A critical question that brands should ask themselves is: are your customer experiences centered around what the customer needs (simplicity, connection, enablement) or are they centered around what you need (data, sales, impressions)?
