Before you Trade Today: Know the Economic Calendar!

StockTips Market Forecast: I expect this earnings season to be forgotten quickly & the uncertainty as a result of supply chain constraints, inflation, worker shortages, & semiconductor shortages will reclaim market sentiment until next earnings season. Valuations are STILL seriously overpriced right now by any reasonable & historic metric.

Commentary: Today is likely going to be an odd trading day. I would be surprised if it isn’t with inflation numbers coming out tomorrow (See the economic calendar above). I expect some posturing today for the CPI numbers tomorrow. However there is a solid chance that Omicron temporarily cooled off inflation by a small bit which might be well received by the markets.

Now onto my buy list update. I just took 50% of SUMO off the table. Remember I called this one early when everyone else was running away from the stock, & its seems a little time and patience paid off. Assuming you had an equal sized position in all stocks on the buy list below amid the last two weeks of selloffs your current return would be +1.34% (Not bad under the circumstances). Comparatively speaking, these stocks were trading at a value under favorable economic conditions prior to the dump. After the dump I consider these outstanding buys. Certainly it may take some time to get them all back into the green, however I assess there will be even more money to be made by averaging down. If you are a new arrival I envy you. Below you will find a list of super value.

Folks, I’m assessing a great opportunity with this market volatility & uncertainty. My value growth buys amid the Omicron selloff not only provided a very unique opportunity to buy my value growth picks at extreme bargain prices, but in many cases inflation will help many of my more profitable picks pay off debt quicker, and thereby, increase the book value of most of the companies below. I still believe keeping a very cool head while others were in full panic will result in increased gains for the paid subscribers of this newsletter. I could not be more excited.

I’m still on business in California & will return next week. Even so I have managed to add a few stocks to the buy list … but have somewhat neglected my price based assessment watchlist. I aim to change this next week. In the interim please see todays new addition below!
