This is a cool a great ad by Huel (food company) which shows with text and arrow callouts the value of their food.

I like how the in a small amount of space it shows:

• All 27 essential vitamins & minerals
• 25g of plant protein
• New Mac & Cheeze flavor

The simple combination of arrows and text are awesome, like this:

Thought:

I watched Elon Musk's 3rd interview on the Lex Fridman Podcast, and this 21 second pause to let Elon Musk think about his answer is why Lex Fridman is an amazing interviewer.

Ever since I moved into a house, having instant access to a grill has changed how I eat.

Here’s the 4-ingredient lunch (or dinner) I’ve found that fills me up, has the lowest amount of calories, and doesn’t make me tired:

It's just:​
- Baby spinach
- Handful of small tomatoes
- Goat cheese (about 100 calories)
- Steak right off the grill

The only other ingredients are salt and pepper. Sometimes if I'm feeling wild I'll drizzle some olive oil on top, but it doesn't need it.

So good 😊
