This guy brokered over $100 million in online businesses...

I read a book recently that caused me to do some serious thinking about how I was operating my websites.

In fact, the advice shared in this book caused me to make several calls to seek advice on how I could restructure my books and processes to better match what was suggested.

The ExitPreneur's Playbook by Joe Valley

Joe is someone that I have known for several years and we've even met up a couple of times at conferences.

Not only is he a genuine person, he's also helped sell over $100 million in online businesses (he's also a partner at Quiet Light Brokerage).

Joe was willing to come on the Niche Pursuits podcast and share his story, his strategies, and advice for anyone that might ever consider selling a business.

The advice he shares in the podcast is very similar to what I read in his book that caused me to take some serious action (for real...I really did change several things to clean up my business).
