I was fortunate enough to be interviewed by Susanne Mariga, host of The Profit Talk podcast, a show for business owners / entrepreneurs.

It was my first interview on a non-mental-health show, but of course, I still talked about mental health. I'm obsessed.

Susanne asked great questions, and we talked about how to manage people showing signs of mental health issues, how to connect on a human level with others, why I have a strongly worded sign behind me in the video, and much, much more.

Blue light from your phone and other devices can be disastrous if you're trying to get a good night's sleep. That's because it will make your body think it's still time to be awake and alert.
