Amazon is buying the exclusive rights to another podcast. My Favorite Murder ▸ and other Exactly Right Media podcasts will have advertising sold by Amazon, and will be on Amazon Music for a week before general release. The show was with Stitcher; and is a top ten show in Triton Digital’s Podcast Ranker and Edison Research’s Podcast Consumer Tracking Report. It’s said to have earnt $15m in 2019; terms weren’t disclosed.
Timber is to close its podcast hosting platform in “three weeks or so”, according to Tanner Campbell. The company has emailed customers, we understand, but there’s no mention yet on Timber’s website or social media.

The Podcast Host is launching “the world’s first ever generative podcast NFT collection”. Minted on the Solana blockchain, a hundred episodes will be released over the next five weeks, for 0.2 SOL each.
