January 29, 2022

By now, I bet you’re familiar with Wyze’s ultra-affordable…well, everything. The company sells affordable smart lights, smartwatches, and more. But today, we’ll focus on the company’s security cameras. That’s the line of products that started it all!

But if we’ve one complaint, it’s that you could only view your Wyze camera feeds on a phone or tablet. And when Wyze finally rolled out a web view for your desktop, it required a subscription! Well, good news, we’ve figured out a workaround. The bad news is it’ll require some work on your part. Hey, free isn’t always easy. Check out the details in the top story.

Other Highlights:

  • Sarah took a look at the Acer Swift 5 laptop and came away impressed with all the power packed into such a light device.
  • Affordable mechanical keyboards from Logitech? Sign me up.
  • We stumbled upon a weird test Google is doing with Chrome extensions and phones.
  • …and more!
