Happy Tuesday! If you’ve been hitting the weights hard this year, you’re probably more than a little bit familiar with post-workout soreness. Here are some great tips and tricks to help with that and speed up your recovery. (Hydration is always helpful, so if you need a new water bottle check out the fun ones we shared yesterday.)

Less about working out and more about work, here’s why your routine at work might be derailing your productivity.
