Useful advice on setting career intentions

Lead Executive Career Coach Gala Jackson has so much good career advice (see: her recent tips in the New York Times … and that pantsuit) that we’re constantly taking notes. In a recent Instagram Live, she dropped all kinds of wisdom about how to set your career intentions in 2022, and we loved how many helpful tips she shared to keep that same momentum going after January.
