4. Bi-weekly plan - Define the TASKS you need to get done to reach those metrics

Now we define the roles of each task. This is like a job description, what is each person going to be doing for every part of the flows from above.

R - Responsibilities

Another extension of the roles. What is each person going to be responsible for every part of the flow?

E.x if you are in charge of social media designs. You are responsible for providing the highest and greatest output

T - Tasks

These are your standard operating procedures. This is one of the most important part of your entire organizational structure.

Why?
