Tip of the Day

If sudden warm weather is melting the snow while the ground is still frozen, pay extra attention to your home. With nowhere to go, the water might end up in your basement or crawlspace.

Happy Tuesday! I hope everybody has been managing to fit in a bit of downtime and relaxation lately. I recently fit in a few games of Mysterium, which is a fun board game that has players taking the role of psychics trying to solve a cold case murder in an old mansion by communicating with a ghost. (Word on the street is that the follow-up game Mysterium Park is a much more streamlined experience and a fraction of the price, if the whole concept has you interested.)

But enough about board games! Between those and video games I could write a 1,001 newsletter introductions (and then some). Let’s dig into the goodies in today’s newsletter. Today’s edition has some big upgrade-n-clean vibes. Here’s how you can get more Vitamin D, which is great for general health, staving off the winter blues, and keeping your immune system juiced.

Want to drink more water but you’re not a fan of the taste of it? Use some of our tips and tricks to upgrade the experience. And while you’re whirling around the kitchen, you can use this oven cleaning hack to get a cleaner oven and this avocado storage trick to keep things fresher until it’s guacamole time.

And water cooler trivia? You know we have some. Spring and summer travel is just around the corner, so why not give a nod to an iconic warm-weather vacation destination. On this day in 1872, the United States Congress established Yellowstone National Park is not only the first U.S. national park but the first national park in the world.
