Whether you’re just starting or feel the urge to check in with your own practice, it can help to begin with a bit of reflection. Questions to journal about might include:


1.	How would you describe your relationship with money? Why?
2.	What about your financial wellness or finances overall are you proud of today?
3.	Close your eyes and picture a version of you that’s financially well. What does that look like? Feel like?
