Who is the average EcomCrew Premium member?

The average EcomCrew Premium member is an existing seller who is looking for ways to significantly grow their business.

How often do EcomCrew members contact you (Dave and Mike) directly?

While some members contact us several times a month and others never contact us at all, the average member contacts us via email approximately 5 times during the first few months of their membership. Below are our Help Scout statistics during the last 12 months.

Why do members contact you?

Some members enroll in EcomCrew Premium knowing the questions they’ll be asking well ahead of time. For instance, they may have a “stuck listing” (an Amazon listing that has lost significant sales momentum) or need help developing a new product.

However, many of our members get the most value for questions they never anticipated. For example, a competitor sabotage, an account suspension, or the sudden decision to buy or sell a brand.

What are the twice-monthly live webinars exactly?

We host two live monthly webinars exclusive for EcomCrew Premium members. One is a Q&A webinar where members pre-submit questions or ask their questions live. Most members send their questions via chat or email, but some members choose to turn on their microphones.

Our other webinar is called Secret Sauce. It is a deep dive into a particular topic or aspect of our business we’re currently working on, and what strategies worked for us (and what didn’t) from the previous month. Secret Sauce webinars are hosted by me and Mike, but sometimes we bring in guest speakers as well.

How often do you update your content?

We’ve made a couple of changes to our Premium content as we’re going into 2022. Here’s just a few of them:

  • [New] Secret Sauce Income Report – Each month, we’ll have an exclusive email that breaks down the numbers of all of our brands. We promise transparency, so expect nothing short of that in our monthly updates.
  • [New] Secret Sauce Webinars presentation – We want our Secret Sauce webinars to feel like content you can’t find anywhere else, so transparency will play a major role in these webinars.
  • Major Update to the External Traffic for Amazon Course – We will get into more detail about building a content website from scratch and using that to support your Amazon brand.
  • Retiring the Facebook Messenger course – Facebook has made a number of changes since this course was published, which made a lot of the content irrelevant and outdated. We’ll be permanently retiring it on April 30, but you can still access it until then.

Is EcomCrew Premium for Amazon sellers only?

No. While we do provide a lot of Amazon-specific content, much of the content is “platform agnostic.” For example, our Email Flows to Riches course is applicable for sellers of all platforms as well as our Import from China Like a Pro course. Our Secret Sauce webinars routinely focus on topics such as SEO, financing, legal considerations, and so on.

One last thing: we’re capping memberships at 250 people. One of the most important things about EcomCrew Premium is being able to offer 1-on-1 support to you all through email and through our Q&A webinars. We can only help so many people, and this allows us to offer as much help to everyone as possible.
