Looks like we may see another bull run in crypto, who knows though. If you want to make life-changing money, I still think the best bet is owning your own businesses. You can spend time allocating your investments between stocks, ETFs, and crypto once you have a couple million.
​
And if you have less than $500k? Digital biz is still the best. Websites, newsletters, etc.
​
You’ve got to spend hundreds of thousands to buy $1,000 in cash flow from real estate, but you can spin up that amount of cash flow for far less with digital businesses.

Where's My Money: Case Study Update

As some of you may know, I'm on a mission to show you all that you don't need 10’s of thousands of dollars to flip a site. A few months ago, I bought a site for $400: A niche site based on frisbees for dogs. It was making about $11 a month.

I know this isn't much in the scheme of things but you gotta start somewhere.

My checklist for improving this site:

• Start cleaning up old content - A LONG WAY TO GO
• Added a few pieces of new content - Going to keep adding
• Built backlink through a guest post - Will keep building

At $100 a month, the site is easily worth $4k or so. If we combine that with our earnings over the time it takes to get there, we should easily pull $3,500+ in profit on this flip.

The goal here is to show you where you can start if you don't have a $50k+ budget. ANYBODY can do this.

Sometimes the trick is to optimize sites for improvements.

Other times?

Its M&A - This site would be a great one to buy if you own a portfolio of gaming sites, or anything where your audience would need a good chair. You could backlink and guest post between the 2 businesses.

Or just hold it for semi-passive income

If you REALLY had it in you, start dropshipping chairs from Alibaba or carrying inventory yourself. Convert the site from affiliate to a real ecommerce store. Would DRASTICALLY change income. Just less passive.
