NichePursuits.com - Can I Invest in Your Business?

A few weeks ago I had this crazy idea. I made a little post on social media where I essentially asked if anyone would be interested in having me invest money in their business and we could partner up.

The response was overwhelming!

So, I decided I should talk to an attorney and make sure I had all my legal "ducks in a row" before I went any further.

Well, I'm happy to announce that I've formed Niche Ventures, LLC...a new investment business where I hope to potentially fund and help out your business!

Before you send over your business idea, let me clarify what types of businesses I'm interested in investing in.

In general, I'm looking for businesses that are digital marketing tools or that that target affiliate marketers, bloggers, etc.

Good fit for Niche Ventures:

• SaaS business for bloggers
• WordPress plugins
• Tools for digital marketers
• Productized service for SEOs, affiliate marketers, etc.
• Existing business already making $5k to $10k+ per month (that target the SEO niche)

Not a Good Fit for Niche Ventures:

• Niche Sites
• Blogs
• Just about any product or business that is NOT for digital marketers, SEOs, etc.

In a nutshell, I strongly prefer to invest in businesses already making money that might be a good fit for the Niche Pursuits audience.

I invest some money, I offer advice and guidance...you run the day to day operations of the business.

Here's a 3 year old site currently focused on the welding niche with lots of room to expand with its highly brandable URL.

80% of its traffic comes from Google with close to 6000 keywords.

The site already has over 200 articles generating over 80,000 monthly visitors from 24,000 keywords. With the top article accounting for only 8% of the overall traffic.

And the current owner only spends 5 minutes a day on the site. With lots of opportunities to improve its monetization, this site is waiting to be taken to the next level!
