Lately I've been looking at one of the areas where my business is under-performing, and my first instinct was to think, "What's the solution here? What needs to change?"
What this problem really needs is a process. A process for gathering data, learning, and taking time to work it out and iterate.
In my case, it starts with lots of "Jobs to be done" interviews (google it) with our customers. Those are underway. Already I feel a sense of progress on this, even though we're still several steps away from the solution(s).
