Kristen Kaza

“It’s so much more than just a party. It’s an opportunity to create more equitable, welcome worlds.”

Kristen Kaza is a multi-hyphenate creative powerhouse who calls herself a cultural producer and “Party Mom” of Chicago. From community co-working hours, exhibitions of queer Chicago history from the 1970’s and 80’s, an alternative newspaper, comedy workshops, yoga classes, and — of course — parties, Kaza creates experiences and spaces humming with joy and vitality, just like her CreativeMornings/Chicago talk full of laughs and cheers. Her work allows LGBTQ+ people to see themselves take up space, breathe easily, and make their own worlds. Listen to Kristen Kaza’s riveting storytelling and learn how the practice of intersectional inclusivity helps us to soften, be open, and learn.
