They realized that enterprise companies were "drowing with too many PowerPoint documents" and decided to solve that problem.

But their product didn't fit into any existing category. So it was difficult for their prospective customers to understand the positioning.

"I don't even know why I need your product" was something that they often heard in the first couple of years.
