Today I'm sharing with you some of our upcoming plans.

It's about ZipMessage's product and pricing...

As you may have seen, I spent much of this year researching our best customers at ZipMessage.  Based on 40+ deep-dive interviews and other research, It turns out that coaches (of all kinds) love using ZipMessage to communicate asynchronously with their clients.

But up until now, we've only solved about half of their client communications needs. So we're currently building out what I'm starting to think of as "ZipMessage 2.0".

It's not a rebuild.  But it's a major expansion of the product with new features and changes that will significantly improve its utility and capabilities.

Async messaging will always remain at the core.  But we're building on that and we'll soon offer things like:

• Workflows to schedule automated responses and reminders.
• Your Library to organize all your reuseable message templates and assets.
• Programs to build interactive courses, interviews, and other self-run experiences.
• Spaces to run small groups, cohorts, or give clients their own dedicated space for all their communications.
• Forms to send questionnaires, assessments or other info gathering through your async conversations.
• Selling for selling access to your programs, consulting, and communities powered by ZipMessage.
• And lots of smaller improvements...

These new feature drops are starting to roll out now and will continue (almost) weekly through the end 2022 into early 2023.

As you might have guessed, the much expanded product value and capabilities will soon be reflected in new pricing plans.  New pricing should begin in early 2023, after we've shipped most of the above roadmap.  While the lowest plan will remain pretty affordable, we will be introducing slightly higher priced plans across the board to align with the product's value.

Current customers will lock in their current price for at least a full year after the new prices launch.

In other words, that makes today's Black Friday deal on ZipMessage an even better price, that won't be seen after 2022.
