Hi Friends-

I’ve been fielding a bunch of questions about the new edition of my Hi-Fi course, which kicks off this Sunday, January 29th, so I decided to open up the chat lines this Thursday and I wanted to invite you. : )

I’ll be hosting a micro-talk and live Q&A for anyone interested in learning more about Hi-Fi — and how to tune into your intuition — this Thursday at 12pm EST. You can RSVP to attend here.

Here's how the gathering will unfold:

1. I’ll guide us through a light meditation to reconnect with our bodies and relax into the heartspace.

2. I’ll give a micro-talk on key themes from the Hi-Fi program:

Why burnout disconnects you from your intuition
How grounding rituals and practices can reduce anxiety
The transformative power of being in dialog with your body

3. I’ll field questions from y’all!

Note that this will be an introvert- and extrovert-friendly gathering! 🤓

The platform I’m using — Crowdcast — allows me to take your questions in written format and funnel them into a nice little queue, or just have folks raise their hands and come on-screen. So we can chat in the way that feels most comfortable for you. : )
