This Week’s Opportunities

Going to be a brief high level email today - so lets dive in!

This is one I have been looking at for a bolt on to Nano Flips (we acquire and plug it into our current business)

Its a course business that sells online education materials for small businesses

Its for sale on Acquire: Check out the listing here​

Nano Flips has 15,000 readers and I (James Camp) have about 100k followers about entrepreneurship and online marketing.

If this passes due diligence, It would hope to add 50% to the revenue here (and profit, I would push organically to my audience - long story but I'm confident in my ability to do that).

That could bring this business to $296,730 in profit a year and make it worth $1,039,128.75 if it were flipped for the same revenue multiple its for sale for today.

IF this all lined up that would would mean that when selling it one could make $340,128.75 in equity when selling in 12 months + $296,730 in the 12 months

= $636,858.75 in 12 months (if our lofty assumption of 50% increase in rev and profit could come from organic audience)

AND the business is approved for financing with Boopos​

Which means that it might be able to be purchased for $105k in cash up front. Not a bad deal! (not advocating you use leverage to buy a business)

This is a super high level look to show you all that even if you already own a business, no matter how niche, there are fantastic strategic acquisitions that can be made.

As always...do your own due diligence, the above is based off of what I see as an opportunity from the info provided in the listing and some light due diligence, not a deep dive. It just one of many scenarios that could play out and its up to you to do your own due diligence and see if this makes sense for you!
