Cypress Semiconductor's company values (article)

EDIT: Since scheduling this email but before it went out this morning, it looks like TJ's site is dead? I linked to a google cache of the values and his company letter below.

I'd only heard of TJ Rodgers for the first time in the last year or two. He kinda feels like the Frank Slootman of the prior generation (except he was a founder), i.e. says what he thinks, all about high performance, etc. He founded a semiconductor company called Cypress Semiconductor.

I love that the values are clear, concise, and that you know some people will hate them. Usually, thought not always, if your values are disliked by some but loved by others, it means they're opinionated.

If you don’t know CBInsights they’re a company that sucks up data all over the Internet and then sells it in pretty packaged collections for $30,000+ annual subscriptions.

Their founder writes fantastic copy, tho I’d never heard him on an interview before.

He appears to be extremely thoughtful and intentional, which shouldn’t have surprised me based on his emails.
