Wolf Craft - Olá from our first photoshoot!

After almost three years of founding, building, and running Wolf Craft 100% remotely from two different continents we are finally together... in Brazil!

At the top of our 'to-do' list was putting together a brand photoshoot! After talking about how important photography is for three years, we had to put our money where our mouth is.

It was exhausting, fun, and we learned a lot. We're thrilled to finally have founder photos together that reflect who we are and where we see the business going.

In the coming months, we'll share our final shots and an in-depth post all about what it took to put the shoot together.

Beijos,
Nora & Kirsten

Show, Don't Tell

Founder Photography, an Inspiration Board for You

Since we're on the subject of brand and founder photography, we wanted to share a Pintrest board we created and have been adding to for almost three years.

In this board, you'll see all the ways you can show off your brand through thoughtful, yet strategic, portraiture.

Good Links Round Up

1. The step-by-step guide walks you through the how, when, and why of sending welcome emails. Created by email marketing guru Chase Diamond, it is complete with content and subject line ideas, and examples from brands that are doing it well.

2. This podcast episode from the Resilient Retail Club covers how to give your customers everything they need to know so they hit the ‘buy’ button with confidence. The episode is Shopify-focused, but there are a ton of tips for e-commerce shops on other platforms too!

3. When we asked our readers what they wanted more tips on in 2023 website tips were at the top of the list! In this clear actionable post, Jasmene Bowdry talks through 7 easy-to-implement tips to help turn more lookers into buyers

4. If you’ve been thinking about adding affiliate marketing to your biz plan, this is the episode for you! Kerrie Fitzgerald dives into what affiliate marketing is and the best ways you can start and scale a program. Plus, she talks through her 3 favorite platforms.

Wolf Craft PR (Instagram) Tip

In lieu of a PR tip, we're spotlighting our good friend Phoebe, founder of Girl Gang Craft.

If you've set a goal to *actually* up your social media video game in 2023, check out GGC's upcoming live Quick + Dirty Reel + Tiktok Workshop

You'll learn what it takes to make effective short biz videos and how to find trending content. Plus Phoebe will cover tech tips, like how to add text to the screen, how to save sounds, easy transitions, and how to repurpose video across all your platforms.

There will also be an open Q&A where you can ask Phoebe anything! Phobe has built an Instagram following with 29k+ followers all while leveraging Reels for growth and engagement. BUT, Phoebe isn't your typical, "make a million pieces of content and post post post to grow your following," her strategies are all about "harnessing your energy when you have it to make that bag."

You can sign up for the workshop here. It is $197 to join and when you sign up you'll also get access  to watch the recording (and pause to take notes)! We think this mini-course is a great investment to level up your content game. And it's biz a write-off!

Wins

Our very favorite biz moments almost always include an email from a recent client with a link to a press feature they were able to secure after working with us.

This month, former 1-1 client Sarah Yeoman of Savor Custom Cookbooks secured this truly stellar feature in the Seattle Times' Sunday magazine.

Huge congrats to Sarah!
