It’s been the thorn in the side for countless brands.

Maybe you’ve struggled with it too.

Right now, I consider it one of the most important areas for ecom brands to understand.

Which is why I’m writing you this email.

But first, here’s the personal story behind it.

Back in 2017, my friend Joe Spisak launched an e-commerce brand.

He’d saved up a couple thousand dollars from his sales gig and was ready to give entrepreneurship a go.

And… the brand actually did pretty well. 

He was solving problems related to product, marketing, design, and getting great customer feedback. And loving all of it.

Soon enough, he went from dozens of orders a month, to hundreds.

He couldn’t handle the volume anymore, and needed to outsource the fulfillment of his orders.

After hours of searching and filling out forms, he had locked up interviews with some of the largest fulfillment centers in the game.

What an exciting time for his brand, right

He’d just shipped thousands of units to a major fulfillment center.

Could almost taste the freedom on his lips.
