The 2023 State of Email Workflows Report

Process nerd checking in I will happily wax lyrical about the email workflow. What makes it suck, how to make it better, and how other people do email.

So the process nerd in me was pretty excited to be working on this year’s State of Email Workflows Report (with the awesome Abigail, our Senior Content Marketing Manager).

We’ve crunched the numbers and I think my favourite stat is how many of y’all wear ALL the email hats—the overwhelming majority! Unsurprising, considering if you’re an email marketer, you’re also the one who designs, builds, and sends email.
