🤖 A new update to the Twitter/X algorithm​

In a nutshell:

• Replies > Retweets
• Videos are being amplified
• Having subscriptions on seems to boost content
• Content life span extended from 24h to 48h
• Mentions to competitors (threads) get deboosted
• The more time someone spends on your content, the mote it gets boosted. This means Long Posts > Snappy tweets

Another thing I've observed is how "saves" also seem to be a big algo booster. Check this tweet's view count vs engagement 👇

I'm very bullish on Twitter/X right now. My next experiment: more long posts and more videos. Let's see how it goes!
