One of the biggest mistakes I made when pitching clients was using the phrase:

“Let me know how I can help.”

I said it at the end of emails, sales calls, and meetings.

It might seem like a friendly question... but the truth is, this phrase causes clients to ghost you.

My favorite alternative is to offer the client a solution instead.

No matter what step of the sales process you're in, offer a solution.

• Instead of "let me know what times work for you" -> "Here's some times that work for me Mon 5pm, Tues etc."

This one change will drastically improve your response rate when implemented across your sales funnel.
