NichePursuits.com - Google Responds to "Parasite SEO"

One "shady" SEO tactic that has gotten alot of news coverage lately (although its been around for a LONG time) is parasite SEO.

This is basically where an authoritative domain allows "guests" or sponsors to post content on their website, often targeting high value keywords.

One recent example is when an article for the "Best VPNs" was posted on Harvard.edu. (Although this was likely done without Harvard's knowledge).

Affiliate marketers and others are trying to game Google and make money...and it's working really well (for some).

However, Google is onto it and taking action.
