Three years ago, I started collecting screenshots of Google search results pages. I already had a bunch that I’d used for articles and presentations.

Here I’ve put them together, so you can see just how dramatic the changes are at Google.

No, the big trend is SEO isn’t about rankings.
The big trend is about clickthrough rates.
And the next trend is about AI’s impact on search.

Just flip through these screenshots and the changes are immediately obvious.
