When we view our well-being through a more holistic, comprehensive lens, we get closer to living a more satisfying and values-connected life:

Gentle Acceptance ― It is what it is.
Compassion ― Meet yourself where you are. (This applies to others, too.)
Routine ― Create pockets of healthy routine and let go of what you cannot control.
Connection ― Nurture relationships: community is essential to wellbeing.
Courage ― Stay open to tough emotions. They can help you identify what matters most.
Reset ― Cultivate values-based habits.
Wisdom ― Life's beauty is inseparable from its fragility.

Consider the ways you could integrate these components of emotional agility into your relationships, workplace, and community.
