Remote Work Junkie - Job hunt burnout is real 😫

For those still on the job hunt, this is a quick note for you: 

It's okay to take a day or two away each week from applying, researching, etc.

Job hunt burnout is very real with applying constantly, interviews, emailing, outreach, and everything else you are doing.

That one day alone for the next few weeks can give you more energy to jump back in and I feel less anxious.

We highly recommend it, especially in this tough job market, which can add another layer of stress in your search.

Some things you can do on those days you take off from the job hunt: walking, spending time with family, yard work and other home projects, reading, or just binge watching a favorite show.

Do whatever you need to take a mental break during this time.
