This FBA refund update will cost you thousands [Crew Review]

But this is just a move to soften the blow because starting October 23, the eligibility window policy is changing.

The Latest in e-Commerce

Bullets. Aside from the FBA refund update, Amazon is also changing its bullet point requirements starting August 15. They’ll be removing non-compliant content and using AI to generate new ones.

Prime Day winners and losers. Amazon said the latest Prime Day was its “biggest shopping event” ever. This is true for some brands, but of course, not all were happy. So which brands won?

Hazardous products. There are many products sold on Amazon.com that are defective or fail to meet safety standards. Most of them are sold by third-party sellers, but according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Amazon is still responsible as their distributor.

Alibaba’s B2B efforts. In order to simplify transactions, Alibaba is launching an “AI-powered conversational sourcing engine.”

Amazon Seller Spotlight: Zesty Paws

This Amazon third-party seller focuses on your pets’ well-being. They sell dog and cat vitamins and supplements as well as treats so you can train your fur babies more easily.

The company was launched in 2014 in Florida. Their products are also available in other platforms like Walmart, Target, and Petsmart.
